I've found several references to spring bars being either 1.5mm or 1.6mm for bracelets and 1.8mm for straps. All 4 bars in my Blackbird and Aerospace are identical - 1.77mm +/- 0.04mm. I made multiple measurements using two calipers just to be sure. I’d like to have some spring bars on hand, but I’m now confused about dimensions. When I see 1.5mm, 1.8mm, or even 1.78mm is that the thickness of the middle of the spring bar or of the tip that inserts into the lugs?
If by pin you mean spring bar, then measure the inside of the lugs and order that dimension. So for a 20 mm lug width, you will want 20 mm spring bars. Cheers, Al
